Lindsay Lohan Could be Facing Jail Time

This morning, Lindsay Lohan’s probation was formally revoked in a Los Angeles courtroom though she was not present. This could eventually land Lohan back in jail.

Lohan lied to the police when she claimed she wasn’t behind the wheel in a car crash she was involved in back in June. Shawn Holley, Lohan’s attorney, was able to get the court hearing pushed back to January 15, when Lohan will be charged with three misdemeanor charges.

The three misdemeanor counts that Lohan will be charged with are counts of willfully, resisting, delaying, or obstructing a police officer; driving a vehicle on a highway with willful and wanton disregard for the safety of person or property; and giving false information to a police officer.

Lohan was placed on probation back in March after pleading no contest to stealing a necklace. The conditions of her probation were that she obeys all laws which she broke when the car crash charges were filed.

The most time Lohan could face in jail is 245 days since she already completed 120 days. Either way she’ll have to turn herself in for booking which will add another picture to her mug-shot collection.

Blair Stover says that Lohan will have to appear in court on January 7th in New York for the assault of Tiffany Mitchell.
